Registration fees include a congress bag, a name tag, and a certificate of participation.
The package (3 days) and Daily registration fees include participation in the congress and 2 coffee breaks and 1 lunch that will be given during the day..
The package (3 days) includes “VETEXPO Party Night” in the registration fee.
“VETEXPO Party Night” is not included in the daily registration fee. Participants who want to participate in the night must purchase an extra “VETEXPO Party Ticket”.

Accomodation Fees

The services and their details, which are included in the accommodation package and not, are indicated below.

Accommodation fees include only hotel accommodation and breakfast in the morning.
Registration for participation in the congress is mandatory.
The check-in time for the accommodation is 2 pm (14.00) and the check-out time is 12pm (12.00).
Parking is free for our staying participants.
